Open Arms Hospice at the McCall Hospice House
As a testament to their outstanding Staff and volunteers, Open Arms Hospice was honored to be chosen as the operating hospice of the McCall Hospice House. This free-standing 30-bed facility in Simpsonville is the first hospice house in the Greenville area. Here, we provide inpatient hospice care to patients who have complicated pain and symptoms to manage. Inpatient respite care is also available to relieve exhausted caregivers. The soothing environment was thoughtfully designed with patients in mind, boasting private rooms equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, private baths, and outdoor patios. Family gathering areas with vaulted ceilings create inviting areas to encourage visits from loved ones. The on-site chapel offers a place for quiet reflection and prayer, while the gardens expose patients to the beauty of the outdoors.
